Are You Rejoicing Today?

This is a day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118: 24.

There are days when the last thing we want to do is rejoice and be glad. Oftentimes our situation is out of hand, our mood is down, and our guilt or sorrow is overwhelming. We can relate to the writers of the psalms who often felt this way. The psalmists were always honest with God no matter how low they felt. When you don't feel like rejoicing, tell God exactly how you feel. You will find that God somehow will give you a reason to rejoice and be glad. And when you talk to God, let your prayers end in praise.

We must understand that God has given us this day to live and to serve Him- be glad!
