In Place of Justice and Righteousness there is Wickedness

Futhermore, I have seen under the sun that in the place of justice there is wickedness, and in the place of righteousness there is wickedness. Ecclesiastes 3:16

In the world that we live in there is wickedness in the place of justice. It even affects the home, church, school, workplace, and the legal system. Just as Solomon asked how God's plan can be perfect when there is so much injustice and oppression in the world (4:1). You too maybe asking the same question. Solomon concluded that God does not ignore injustice, but will bring it to an end at His appointed time (12:13-14). I encourage you to read the book of Ecclesiastes. It begins with "There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven-

It is very important that we as adults should teach our children while they're young, that a life without God can produce a bitter, lonely, and hopeless old age. A life centered around God is fulfilling; it will make the "evil days"- when disabilities, sickness, and handicaps cause barriers to enjoying life - satisfying because of the hope of eternal life.

Being young is exciting. But the excitement of youth can become a barrier to closeness with God if it makes young people focus on passing pleasures instead of eternal values. Make your strength available to God when it is still yours - during your youthful years. Don't waste it on evil or meaningless activities that become bad habits and make you callous. Seek God now!

Put Our Trust in God, not in Man

Stop putting your trust in mere humans. They are as frail as breath. How can they be of help to anyone? Isaiah 2:22.

We must now realize that man's breath of life is in his nostrils. People are very limited when compared to God. They can be selfish, unreliable, and shortsighted. Yet we trust our lives and futures more readily to mortal human beings than to the all-knowing God. Beware of people who want you to trust them instead of God. Remember that only God is completely reliable. He is perfect and He loves us with an everlasting love (Psalm 100:5).
