Are Your Body Lacking Water?



Tips on Watering Your Body

After all the Turkey and trimming, drink half your body weight in ounces of purified water daily.

Drink water as soon as you awake in morning.

Drink a glass of water right before each meal to help you consume less food.

Avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee, regular tea and soft drinks that act as diuretics.

Drink herbal teas as well as water.

Squeeze some lemon juice into your water; lemon juice is reputed to help relieve constipation, bloating and heartburn.

Carry a bottle of water with you when you go out.

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables also supplies extra water.
